Orientation days for new lecturers
Held at the beginning of each semester.
- Introduction to the Academy’s history, mission, Code of Ethics, and institutional culture;
- Introduction to the Academy’s library resources, laboratory, Clinical Skills Center, and Anatomage table capabilities;
- Introduction to the educational program;
- Introduction to video resources created by the Academy;
- Assignment to the person responsible for the relevant course — Peer Mentoring;
After the training, educators write a reflective look.
