Path A — Georgian / local applicants

Applicants who sit Georgian national exams (NAEC) and seek places on TMA medical programmes. Main English-language Medicine intake figures below; see Admissions for full criteria.

Steps

Confirm you meet the national exam thresholds for the chosen programme.
Follow the national admissions / ranking process for your intake year.
After an offer, complete TMA registration and fee payment as instructed by the Admissions Office.
Collect your student credentials (portal, Moodle, email) before the semester starts.

Path B — International applicants

Applicants from outside the Georgian national exam track applying to the English-taught MD programme. There is no entrance exam at TMA; selection is based on documents and verification.

Autumn intake window (2026/2027)

Applications are accepted from 15 May 2026 to 31 August 2026. Always confirm dates on the international admissions page before submitting.

How to apply

Submit the online application at forms.tma.edu.ge/applicant.
Upload the required documents (checklist below).
Wait for verification and the official offer letter.
Arrange visa / residence and travel with TMA support documents.
Complete enrolment and fee payment before classes begin.

Secondary school certificate (Biology and Chemistry required; Physics or Mathematics optional)
Proof of English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge / Versant B1+) or proof that secondary education was fully in English
Motivation letter (300–350 words)
NEET scorecard (Indian applicants only)
Passport copy
Power of Attorney if the applicant is under 18
Birth certificate and parent’s passport (applicants under 18)
