Protein is an organic substance, which ensures the realization of different functions of our body. Each protein is a unique combination of 20 amino acids. The researchers of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology proposed that each amino acid has its own unique melody. The developed the “sonification” technology. Therefore, the sequence of amino acids determines not only the primary structure of the protein, but its melody too.
