According to the LEPL International Education Center, the Chinese side offers the Chinese government scholarship "Youth of Excellence Scheme" to the citizens of Georgia. 

The target group of the program is a state official (head of a structural unit or equivalent, or a higher level), a senior manager of an institution, a representative of the administration of a university or a scientific research institute, at international organizations, with work or internship experience relevant to the program. 

Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2024, at the Chinese Government Scholarship website http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login
