Tbilisi Medical Academy (TMA) hosted psychotherapist and clinician Dr. Lana Ruadze, who spoke to students on the topic of “Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders.”
Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder that affects both mental and physical health. The speaker discussed in detail modern approaches to the condition, as well as the key aspects of its diagnosis and management.
The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest international research and contemporary clinical approaches, the implementation of which in practice will significantly contribute to the improvement of professional activities in the field of mental health.
