Tatia Tsnobiladze, a graduate of Tbilisi Medical Academy, spoke to students about medical career opportunities in Germany. She is currently successfully pursuing her professional career at one of the clinics in Germany.
Tatia shared her experience with students gathered at TMA’s Event Hall, speaking openly and comprehensively about the path she took from Georgia to continue her medical career in Germany. Adaptation to a new environment, a different medical system, communication challenges, and a high level of responsibility — these are the key challenges that accompany professional development.
At the same time, Tatia highlighted the opportunities and prospects associated with working in Germany. These include not only professional growth, exposure to modern medical practices, and the acquisition of international experience, but also personal development.
Her practical advice was particularly valuable for students, offering guidance on how to start preparing while still at university, which resources to utilize, how to manage time effectively, and how to maintain motivation throughout the process.
The meeting concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, during which students received insightful and valuable responses. Tatia’s experience once again demonstrated that with dedication and proper planning, an international career is a realistic and achievable goal.
