Student Academy Elections 2026!
Two students will be selected through elections: one Georgian student and one international student, who will hold the position of Student Academy Ambassadors for one year.
The person submitting the candidacy must meet the following criteria:
- The student's academic performance (GPA) must not be less than 1.5.
- The candidate must not have a history of disciplinary misconduct (a history of disciplinary misconduct will automatically lead to the candidate's disqualification).
- The candidate must not have been involved in bullying or other unethical behavior.
Candidates who meet the requirements must submit the following documentation:
- Short biography that describes the candidate's volunteer work, leadership experience, and includes any additional information that would be of benefit to the candidate (no more than 300 words).
- An action plan of the Student Academy for the next 1 year; what goals and objectives the candidate sets for the effective work of the Student Academy and what specific measures the Academy will propose to achieve these goals and objectives.
- Photo
Information about the selected candidates (biography, action plan, photograph) will be posted on the website.
Incomplete application form or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Election Day:
- The elections will be held electronically, via Google Forms. Students will have the right to vote only using their TMA email address.(verified)
- The winners will be the students who have received the majority of the votes.
- The results of the elections will only be considered valid if at least 10% of TMA students participate in it.
Important dates in the 2026 year election process:
- Candidate registration period - May 22 - June 7
- Publication of successful candidates on the website - no later than June 8
- Election campaign period - June 9-15
- Election Day - June 16, 08:00 - 17:00
