Under Erasmus + international mobility programme, Ataturk University (Erzurum) offers 5-day job shadowing mobility opportunity, during which you will be able to actively engage in ongoing administrative processes, shadow your colleagues and obtain valuable professional experience.
Mobility is entirely funded by the EU grant and is amounted by 1190 Euros. Language of mobility is English.
Please bear in mind that the mobilities must be implemented until the end of July 2026.
In case of interest, please send your provisional working plan at Erasmus@tma.edu.ge no later than June 12. In the title of the email please indicate “administrative mobility to ataturk”. Your working plan should include brief description of your intent, which department you wish to be placed at, what processes you are willing to observe and how the obtained experience will be beneficial, as well as demonstrate your vision regarding prospective placement and application of expected outcomes within your further activities. Note that the letter of intent must be presented in English only. Otherwise submitted applications will be rejected!
From the submitted applications, a preliminary shortlist will be determined by the TMA Selection Committee, while the final candidate will be selected directly by the partner university, based on the availability of the administrative units.
