On September 18, 2017, TMA hosted a festive meeting ceremony with first semester students.
Rector of the Academy, Mrs. Irine Shotadze congratulated students with commencement of the
new stage of their lives and wished future physicians a successful studentship.
Students were welcomed by the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Mrs. Tsisana Lomashvili, Head of
Quality Assurance Service, Mrs. Nino Shiukashvili and representatives of student wing.
During the meeting, students got acquainted with the basic rules of the academy, methods of
encouragement for successful students, and received information regarding the existing
opportunities for studies and development.
At the end of the meeting, freshmen had opportunities to ask questions to administrative
personnel and senior students.
Once again, TMA congratulates students with start of educational process and wishes them a
successful academic year.
