About the club

The Psyche Society club is founded on the belief that knowledge is key to fostering empathy and driving change. We are committed to deconstructing the stigma of mental disorders through focused, in-depth learning about the foundations and frontiers of psychology.
Our Mission:
  • Educate: Through our meetings, we will explore the social, cultural, and historical background of mental health, alongside current and cutting-edge research and treatments for psychiatric disorders.
  • Empower: Provide future medical professionals with the rich, comprehensive knowledge required for a successful, exemplary, and empathetic career filled with informed and better patient care, including, but not limited to, teachings in trauma-informed care, de-escalation management, and management of patients who are in active crisis.
  • Advocate: Raise critical awareness about mental struggles and foster a vital discussion about the evolving relevance of psychology in the 21st century.

Our motto: Understanding the Mind, Changing the Narrative
Join us to become better equipped for your chosen path and contribute to a more informed, stigma-free future.
