About the club
The Pediatrics Club brings together students interested in child health through education, clinical skill development, research, and community engagement. The club promotes evidence-based, child-centred care while fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and advocacy for children's health.
Members participate in hands-on workshops on pediatric history-taking, communication, growth and nutritional assessment, and developmental milestone evaluation. Regular activities include monthly Clinical Case Discussion Nights and a Pediatric Journal Club, providing opportunities to strengthen clinical reasoning, stay up to date with current research, and prepare for future careers in pediatric healthcare.
