Varun Thomas

My name is Dr. Varun Thomas, and I am a graduate of Tbilisi Medical Academy, Class of 2020. I matched into the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Norwalk Hospital, affiliated with Yale School of Medicine in the United States. Joining TMA in 2014 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. During my time at the Academy, I had the opportunity to complete clinical rotations in several countries, including the United States, India, and Italy. These experiences provided me with valuable cultural insights into patient care and helped me understand healthcare systems around the world.

The education at TMA was excellent, and it enabled me to successfully pass the United States Medical Licensing Examination for foreign medical graduates. I firmly believe that TMA is one of the best medical schools, and I highly recommend it to anyone pursuing a career in medicine.
