Transfer

TMA accepts transfer / mobility applications from students who have started a comparable programme at another recognised higher education institution. Decisions depend on academic standing, programme compatibility, available places, and recognition of prior learning.

Who can apply

• Students enrolled in an accredited medical or related programme at another HEI
• Applicants who can provide official transcripts and course descriptions
• Candidates who meet TMA language and programme requirements for the target year

Documents typically required

• Completed TMA application / mobility request
• Official academic transcript from the current institution
• Course syllabi or descriptions for completed subjects
• Proof of enrolment / student status
• Passport or ID, and language certificate if required
• Motivation letter explaining the transfer request

Process

• Contact Admissions / Dean’s Office before the intended semester.
• Submit documents for preliminary credit recognition review.
• Receive a written decision on transferable credits and entry semester.
• Complete registration, fees, and orientation after approval.

National mobility procedures (for example through the EMIS student portal) may also apply depending on your status and intake. Admissions will confirm which track you should follow.
