TMA School of Medicine Dean Lali Mekokishvili and Dandy TMA Local Club Senator Tony Varghese signed the Dandy Constitution. The constitution is also signed by the head of Dandy Georgia, Elene Nikolaishvili, and the founder of Dandy TMA, Natia Beridze.

The purpose of the signed constitution is to define the regulations and Bylaws of the Dandy TMA club and to establish it as an independent club.

The club's constitution also determines the issue of choosing members of the club's committee.
